The foundation acts as the single window for Alberta Lottery Fund support to heritage in Alberta.
Heritage Awards are offered biennially to recognize and celebrate outstanding accomplishments and projects by individuals, organizations and corporations in the protection, preservation and promotion of heritage in the province.
